I'd like to know, too

Hey JohnyRio,

Yeah, I'd like to know all this, as well. My band "tim." is playing the Warped Tour in Vancouver, BC, tomorrow, so I guess we'll find out then. I'll post another reply here, and let you know where we could and could not go. Free food is cool, but I'd like to meet the bands, too.

Yeah, i agree with you guys. It kinda sucks about this whole pass thing.

I mean, is it really a big deal for Ernie Ball to have all access passes for the bands?

Anyway, for the last 2 years i had press and photo passes and i wasn't even able to get on stage with those passes. I had access to the interview area and front stage for pictures.

And yeah there's a bbq after the show and it's really cool!

and by the way ... Tim. rocks .. i spoke with Zane a year ago. We kinda lost contact. He might remember me as Frank from Deepvoid Webzine. It was a french webzine.
Anyway keep up the good and i can't wait to hear the new cd.

We almost didn't get to play!

Hey Jonny Rio,

It's Mike from "tim." again. We almost didn't get to play at Warped Tour. We got a call from Derek at Ernie Ball the day before the show saying, "The Ernie Ball stage can't get across the border to Canada so we couldn't play. He then gave us the advice to just show up there and try to get on a different stage. Well it all worked out. We ended up on a bigger stage and probably a better time slot. We played at 4:00pm, right after Lagwagon (on a different stage, of course). The folks running the show in Vancouver were really nice to us, and we got to go backstage to most areas, except the two main stages. So, I still don't know exactly what the Ernie Ball passes will get you, but if your nice to people, they'll be nice to you. I stood next to Fat Mike and Eric Melvin in the catering line!

tim. @ Warped Tour

Hey Pinhead,

It's good to hear Ernie Ball has their **** together now.

No, we didn't play on one of the main stages. We played on the "Kevin Says" stage. (It's called the "Build It" stage on the Warped Tour website). We played right after The Eyeliners, just as Lagwaon was finishing on the main stage. It turned out we were the only other band starting at 4:00pm, besides Hot Water Music, so we had alot of people watching us. We sold a ton of merch, too. It was such a fun day. It was kinda depressed going home afterwards, and not continuing on, with more Warped Tour dates. Maybe next year we'll get to do more.

Good luck at your shows, Pinhead and Jonny Rio!
