Hi!:p

Can anyone help? My guitar (Musicman Sterling) appears to have a problem. The output from the active electronics has reduced dramatically. I have checked/changed batteries, leads, and tried 2 amps, none of which resolves the problem (in fact I get a stronger signal into both amps from my passive bass - a hofner copy:( ). Are the electronics at fault? Can they be replaced? What cost? Any ideas?

I look forward to hearing from anyone who may be able to help!

Cheers:confused:

splimcity,

I'll make sure someone from our Customer Service Department takes a look at this.

Bad Electronics

You might have a preamp problem. Give us a call
at the factory and we'll let you speak with one of our repair techs. We'll need your serial number.
