ahhh Jimmy D'Addario, huh? How did you manage to... string him along?

BP all this barbeque talk it's making me hungry, we've got howwible food on board everything it's frozen and we do not know the exact provenance of it. We've got jamaican style half oil drums makeshift BBQ's on the weather deck with grills and rotating spikes, a half dozen frozen whole boars and emu's in the walk in freezer but never the right weather for it. grrr You are a lucky man if you like fish, I personally don't like fish but we've got every kind and that is all they cook. I can't wait to get ashore for a decent meal half the times.

Ok...so I cheated. I was in Yosemite this weekend for the gf's birthday. On the way there, and also on the way back, stopped off in Fresno at the Doghouse Grill (sister restaurant to SLO's Firestone).

Had 3 tritip sandwiches, 2 on the way up, 1 on the way back. Watched 2 laker games there (both wins). And Yosemite was as always, awesome. Even better now that I know where the doghouse is. Pretty much the perfect weekend

    B.P.

We've got a Traeger in our restaurant and our chef does some pretty amazing things with it. He'll smoke peaches and put them on a pizza. And the different cheeses......oh my. You'll never own another BBQ.

Today I've brought my barbeque to my son's house, getting ready for the springtime, all we need now is sunny and dry weather, oh and I've also cut his grass today.

Well, they do ship all over the US now, but we're only a short plane ride away!

My first gig in Austin was at the Salt Lick... and the leader got in a fight with the manager so he packed up in the middle of the set. It's been all downhill since then.
