    Grill Porn

Well the clouds moved out today, revealing a gorgeous March Break day in Southwestern Ontario. What better way to spend the day than bonding with one's new guitar, and sampling the delights of the province's bountiful pantry. If you can't have roasted maple, at least you can have rotisserie chicken!

Nice! Been doing the same lately ... lots of BBQ. Nice not having had to shovel a path to it this year.

Does the Silo give the chicken a nice smokey maple flavor?

I love my Canadian-made Napoleon grill, the first one I had was still going strong after 12 years until my wife told me to get another one, it wasn't big enough (the grill). The one in the pictures is a year old, and they do show a couple of Nashville dealers on their website.
