How do you find the year and value of your Bass?

Hey everyone - never posted on here before...even though I check it out all the time.

I have a Ernie Ball Earthwood Accoustic Bass Guitar. I have no idea how to find out what year it is...or what it is worth?

There isn't much information out here in search land so can anyone point me in the right direction?

    Thanks!

First I'd suggest posting your question in the bass forum. It might get more notice there.

Second, I'd contact EBMM Customer Service with the serial number. They should be able to help you out with the instrument's age.

Third, what it's worth is whatever the market will bear. There is no "book" value reference I know of that's worth a darn... even if there were a printed reference, if nobody wants to pay what that reference says it's worth, then it isn't really worth that much, is it?

That's just the way it is... the most reliable reference is the completed auction section on ebay.

    Hope this helps!

    Oh, and welcome....
