A friend of mine remembers that too.
I'll ask him next time I see him to see if he remembers.
I believe it was an interview. Possibly on the radio.

Haha I was just going to say that. Not those exact words, but...you get the point. I guess when you get extremely famous, all you care about is the money. Isn't the reason Ed stopped using EBMM in the first place was because he wasn't making enough money off them? I Kymani's band was using the EBMM stuff when I saw Van Halen last October. It would have been cool to see.

Wouldn't it be wonderful if Edward came back to Music Man guitars! Then Ernie Ball could tout having possibly the five best guitarists in the world in their field playing EBMM guitars. Although it would be hard to compete with Ed's Frankenstein.

My Silhouette Special guitar has the best neck of any guitar I have ever played, and I've played dozens of guitars.
1st EBMM: Silhouette Special, Candy Red, HSS, trem, rosewood.
    2nd EBMM: Luke, Black.
3rd EBMM: Steve Morse Y2D, De-Purple Burst, trem. Most beautiful guitar I have ever seen!
Amps: Fender; '69 Bandmaster-Reverb, '73 Super-Reverb, 120W Ceriatone "Overtone Special", Hot Rod Deville 212, '65 Princeton reissue, Tweed Blues Jr., Gibson GA-20RVT, Blues Deluxe, Carvin V3M, Fender '65 Twin-Reverb reissue.

I think there's a better chance of seeing Led Zeppelin play with John Bonham and Jimi Hendrix in my back yard tomorrow!

If we got Jason Bonham, and I came along with a fro wig, playing an upside down Strat would that count?
