This 4-string SUB in Textured Red was born on 30 June, 2003 in the factory in San Luis Obispo, California and was originally sold to CMC, our friendly distributors for Australia.

Your StingRay in black with a rosewood neck and black pickguard was born on 27 September, 2000 in the factory in San Luis Obispo, California and was originally sold to Guitar Center in New Orleans, LA. Enjoy!

Thanks, Beth! Yep, I bought that 'Ray in late '00 at the New Orleans Guitar Center. It's nice to know its exact birthday.

Thanks for the well wishes. I live just outside of Baton Rouge, so we made it through Katrina just fine. We only lost power for 3 hours. I have several musician buddies from New Orleans who had to flee. At least one of them lost his house.
