Thank-you - the bass I have in hand has a Rosewood Fretboard, matching headstock and 3-band no Piezo..I am guessing it may have been swapped at some point.. Still seems like a very nice bass - and looks lovely)

Hey there! Could you please help me out with details of Bongo 5 #F10145? It's an HH with piezo. The seller called it "stealth", but it's not matte black and does not have black hardware. It's kind of a dark grey sparkle/metallic, with matching headstock, which i think is normal on Bongos. Please tell me the actual color, body wood, neck wood, date, and any other details you have. Thanks!

This Sterling was completed on February 9th, 2001. The color is Vintage Sunburst with the lined fretless neck. It was originally shipped to Guitar Center. We don't offer appraisals through the factory as we don't have experience dealing in the used market. We'd recommend checking the Ebay & Reverb sites for similar models to get an idea.

    Hi,

I was just wondering if you folks had any information regarding a bass that I just acquired. It's serial number is F42454. It's in a black finish and came in an alligator skin hardshell case that was labeled "Limited Edition 2008." I was told that it was custom built for former bass player from Bullet for My Valentine Jason James, although obviously the seller couldn't confirm this 100%. I was hoping you might have specific information as to whether or not it is actually a limited edition and if there might be any record of where this guitar was first shipped. Thanks a bunch and happy holidays!
