If you happen to be in Europe, Rockinger still has some of those. I got from them a white pearl for my '89 sunburst (that also came with a transparent one) a couple of years ago and it fits perfectly.

Can't remember if I've posted this one here before but this is a few years ago. It always blows me away that the consistency of these bassss is amazing. You could buy one off the shelf and gig it that night and not bat an eyelid. Not one MM bass that I've owned has fallen below par.

    Just bought this Stingray

PICTURE GALLERY. Ernie Ball Music Man content only.-headstock-jpg PICTURE GALLERY. Ernie Ball Music Man content only.-body-jpg Just bought this Stingray on Reverb for $800. It's a beast. I found through googling the serial number that it belonged to a member of this forum for 12 years. Haven't been able to put it down since it was delivered. I thought I had a nice bass before, but this is hands down the best thing I've ever played. The neck is incredible.

Terrible Picture of EB MM Stingray Classic 4 cir. 2010.

It was nice. Had the through body bridge and slab body. As I grew fat (age 66) the non-contour body because problematic. The sound was terrific, however. Cut like a knife using Rotosound 77 50-110. But I longed for a more organic sound and got this earlier this month:

Don't all y'all be hatin' on me 'cause I switched to G&L JB. I've had years o experience with the Stingray and for the most part it was all good.

One of the first EB Sabres. Looks like a sanded-down trans-red alder body. Pre-bridge. Coooool one.
