Old school neoprene mouse pads are the perfect raw material for making your own mutes. Plus, some double sided tape ....

If you "release" the truss rod, the strings will lay upon the fretboard
hmm. I thought "releasing" the trussrod lets the strings pull the neck as a bow,
tightening it will cause the strings lay upon the fretboard?

People like that anger me. It is because of people like that, that many business stop doing extra things as favors for customers. They get burned by their generosity. That guy should be ashamed of himself.

BP, your company is an incredible company and while that guy may be out trying to slander EBMM, there will be more of us to tell others about the good your company has done! I know my family has been more than open in sharing with others what you and your company has done for us!
