    Rejoining the EBMM club (sorta)

So, a few months back I parted ways with my SR5 HH in Honeyburst to fund the purchase of a guitar, the one pictured below. My tax return was pretty hefty, so I was able to snatch up this sweet SBMM Ray34 in Silverburst. Man, it feels good to be back. Can't wait till I can afford an American EBMM again.

    With its twin.

    With my rig.

Sorry for the crappy night-time photo.

Welcome back. I never sold a Ray to get the money for a guitar. I'm just a bass player.
Happy with my Ray since 1979

I was never a big fan of silverburst until I saw those SBMM models. Now, I get it.

Thanks for the compliments, guys. I'm gonna try to throw together a little demo tonight during practice, so you can get a feel for how MONSTROUS these basses can sound. They definitely do the American instruments justice.

Very nice bass. If you don't mind me asking, how does it compare to a real Music man stingray as I'm trying to decide weather to get a new sterling by music man or a proper american made stingray.
