    NBD: 1978 Music Man Stingray

Picked up a '78 MM Stingray this past friday and I can't put it down... My first MM bass and now being used as my main bass. It is in great shape. No damage other than the worn paint job from years of use. Have it cleaned up pretty good just a few more small touches. Going to play my first gig with it this Friday. Here are some pics.

I had a 78 for a while, too. (Should have kept it.)

Nice score and welcome to the madness!

Beautiful bass - bet it thumps! That and inca silver are my two favorite pre-EBMM finishes.

    Enjoy it in good health!

Saw that on TB, beautiful bass. Happy you are going to play it and not just let it set.
