    Bongo bass bridge question

    I just picked up a bongo 6 and I'm trying to figure out what are the round metal things outside of the saddles on the bridge?

    Those are two allen bolts that secure the bridge to two big brass bushings sunk into the body.

    They also double up at securing the saddles in place improving tuning stability
