Does the Sterling H still have a phantom coil?

I know some time ago on the SR5 the phantom coil was removed and the middle switch setting was changed from a straight coil tap to an "enhanced parallel" configuration. I sort of draw parallels (pun intended) between the SR5's pickup/preamp and the Sterling's pickup/preamp--did the Sterling get a similar change, or did its middle switch setting remain coil tap + phantom coil? Just curious.

    Thanks,

    Tom

Hope you get a answer. Curious question, cuz
the SR5 and Sterling 4 were the same bass ...
but for the extra string ... back when both had
the ceramic PU system. But when the Sterling
5-str arrived, which was the ceramic SR-5 but
minus the oversize PG, then the SR-5 parted
company from the Sterling-4, and hooked up
with the SR-4 over on the alnico side of things.

I'll bet a jelly donut that the "filtered parallel"
mode [with no dummy] is unique to the new
style [alnico] SR-5. OK, letzee which way the
    donut falls ....

Found this in the EBMM FAQ:

"The Sterling is a sleeker, lighter bass than
the StingRay. It has a thinner neck and
smaller body. The 3-way switch offers more
tonal varieties, and the phantom coil offers
    a single-coil sound without noise."

Only remaining question is whether or not
EBMM has kept the FAQ really up to date.

According to the control layout updated in 2016, it still has the phantom coil.

When I wrote an article on the Sterling last year all my research indicated that the original Sterling model wiring configuration is unchanged. Phantom coil is still there for sc sounds.
