    John Myung Sig Bass

    Hello all,
Just saw a video on Premier Guitar, interview with J Petrucci and J Myung, talking about their rig.
John Myung said that in 2020 his Bongo 6 will be available as a Signature Bass, so that is cool!
Also, when he showed the bass it looked to have a rotary switch selector for the pickups…

Guess that would depend if John has them on his Bongo or not since it is a signature model.

He said it was a RAD idea, not a bad one. I've never had one, but whatever works. Plenty of guitars and basses have used rotary switches. A lot harder to knock it out of place, and maybe easier to tell where you are without looking.

    Yes, I agree.

I know that John Myung currently uses Cobalt Rounds so IMO steel frets would be a better option than nickel frets, but I guess at this point only John and EBMM know what kind of frets he is actually using!
