Thumbs up 1997 Silhouette Special Score

Found this incredible Silhouette Special from '97. Bought from the original owner who didn't use it much. It is perhaps the best one I've played. Has some interesting features different from current design. Very cool recessed neck plate with old logo stamp. DiMarzio C3 humbucker. Nickel plated steel trem block. Deep V Gotoh steel saddles.

Nice guitar! Make sure you post the serial number in the DOB thread and get the birthday and whatever other info they can offer (is that original pickup config, etc.).

Nice job!!!! Looks to be in great shape.

I always thought that the recessed neck plate was a great touch EBMM use to do.

Nice. Looks to be in good shape for 20 years old. Has it been modded? Not sure I've ever seen a single humbucker version.
