    What a great feeling and playing guitar. I'm not overly impressed with how it sounds just yet, but I haven't made much of an effort there so far.

    Congrats!
    I have a red quilt EX myself. I did send down the neck a bit, because it has way more wood on it as my original EvH.
    And i sanded the fretboard, to remove the thin laquer finish on it.
    Now it feels great in my hand.
