A happy accident on a St Vincent

Evidently this tree was diseased and accidentally found it's way to the SBMM factory. It's very cool to see a happy accident like this come through.

Awesome. Do you get those often at SBMM? Remembering some Valentines who had the same flame?

Mother nature is full of surprises! I remember a spectacular surprise neck on a Squier strat. Still kicking myself I didn't buy it.

Here's one of those Valentines you remember seeing. One of the very first (it not the very first) Pete received from SBMM. Plays so nice! Still loving it!

Even we mancave noodlers can appreciate the perfection that is an EBMM guitar.

From what I understand these necks are few and far between but we have been fortunate to get our hands on a couple of them. Yes, there were some JV60 models that came through here with flamed necks several months ago, and we just had a few more JV60 arrive - 2 with flame and 2 with birdseye necks. We also just had two of the JP157 arrive with birdseye fretboards.
