    SBMM Level 2?

Found a pretty decent deal on a JP150 that I'm thinking about picking up, but it's listed as Level 2. Looking around, I've found that a couple of other places, too, on different instruments. Can I assume that means it's a factory second?

Sure: Sterling by Music Man John Petrucci Signature Series JP150 with Roasted Maple Neck and Fretboard Electric Guitar Neptune Blue | Music123.

Maybe they're buyer returns, but the language just made me wonder. I know EBMM doesn't do seconds, but I didn't know about SBMM. Thanks, Brian.

Yes, in looking at the wording, these are "Open Box", which could mean customer returns, demos, or possibly some form of store stock as well.
