    Hello! Valentine or not?

Hello everybody! i'm an Italian guitarist, actually i play a telecaster but i would like to change it with a music man Valentine. I like to play some blues/funk, i don't use a lot of distortion, i love the clean sound with reverb and a little crunch sound. I'm looking for a guitar with a confortable neck with classic sound. What do you think about Valentine?
    Thanks

Welcome to the forum! My Valentine, which I’ve had for a little more than 6 months, is still the guitar I reach for most often. I think you’d find its range of tones to be ideal in the genres you play, but of course, only you can ultimately say. The neck is fantastic, and I find the body shape very comfortable. Comfort of the body was my one concern when looking at the shape, but that turned out to be a complete non-issue once I started playing it.

Get one! The Valentine has the most amazing tones and totally tele-like as opposed to be Strat-like in its clean tones. But WAY more versatile than a tele. You will LOVE it.

Not sure on the number of hours, but i believe without battery, like my Cutlass, it doesn't work. Right radrock?

I don’t track time plugged in, so can’t quantify hours on battery, but I haven’t had to change it in that guitar yet. Boost works well, and pickups are passive. It’s a sweet guitar.

You might consider the AL although its shape doesn't appeal to everyone.
SSS is between a Strat and a Tele.
HH is between a Les Paul and an SG.
Both great and both have their extra personality.
    Both work without battery.
    Best axe ever, unlimited mojo!

Valentine is an excellent choice but has no trem.

The Luke III is also very good at "classic rocks" and is as versatile as you can dream, though a bit more "modern".

You cannot go wrong with MM.

After re-reading your post, valentine and AL HH (with the coil split) would be the best choice for you! IMHO
