    Customer service with EBMM?

    Anyone have any experience dealing with EBMM customer service? Any tips ?

    They are super helpful and will do their best to solve any kind of MM-related problem.

    But... when they say "NO", it doesn't mean "maybe"

    Tips : As usual, words like "Good morning", "please" and "thank you" will open countless doors.
