I’m so glad Sterling bought back the CT50. Such a great guitar and a clear cut above the CT30. That colour is killer

That's a really nice guitar!!! Beautiful finish and the neck looks slick! That's got pickup mod written all over it. Nice that they now have locking tuners as well. Solid!

EBMM - a guitar like no other.
Even we mancave noodlers can appreciate the perfection that is an EBMM guitar.

I'm curious, but how does the trem arm fit to the bridge? Is it a screw in, or pop in? If it's a pop in, does it have the grub screw near the top of the tone block that allows the trem arm play to be adjusted?
I have a couple of SbMM Axis (Axes?), and that's my single complaint with them (well, I have a few others, but those I know how to fix): the way the trem arm fits to the block is screw-in, and there is basically play until you get to the point where the arm is almost completely screwed in. At that point, though, the arm doesn't easily fall away. My Fender Strat also has the screw-in style arm, but they include a spring that inserts into the hole that provides counter tension that helps with the slop (but even there, not perfectly). I tried one of the springs in my Axis - it didn't work, and only resulted in a squashed spring. I've since been able to somewhat remedy this by using some teflon pipe tape around the threads, but ideally it would have the grub screw, like on my EBMM Axis.
If the Cutlass bridge pops in and has the grub screw, I'm wondering if I couldn't get my hands on a replacement from Sterling and retrofit. Otherwise, I'm contemplating drilling and tapping a hole in the block to install a grub screw.

Excellent - with any luck, the spacing between the studs is the same as w/ the Axis trem. If that's the case, then I know how I'm going to upgrade.
Thanks!
