FYI: If you plan on arriving earlier than Friday, Embassy Suites will extend the reduced room rate for the two days before and after our event! If anyone has booked already for Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday and Monday, as well as Friday and Saturday and was not confirmed for the reduced rate they will fix the rate upon check in.

Had trouble booking. They said there wasn't enough rooms under the EB rate since I was coming in early. So I booked using the state discount ($84 being a teacher has its pluses) - is this going to cause an issue for BP for the Friday night or should I call and try and weasle into the EB block - or book at the 119 rate and have them adjust later??? Thanks
