    An open letter to BP

    Dear Sterling

    Words can not describe my gratitude for what you have done for us and continue to do for us. I really want to say thank you to you in so many ways. The way you conduct yourself and the way your staff conducted themselves was amazing. Thank you for allowing us to come into your virtual home everyday and of course thank you for this weekend.

    My appreciation will be backed up and verified by everyone that was in attendance. This family is a great thing and it's no accident that it's like it is. It's because of you, so thank you again and I'm looking forward to being in SLO on Thursday.

    Thank you.

    Regards

    Ha Ha!

    Every family's got one!

    So my wife says to me, on the Friday morning (before the event has "officially" started): "This is great! Take me with you every year!"

    This was truly a great time - can't say it enough - thanks!

    I also want to express my eternal gratitude to Sterling, his family and company, Thank You!

    To provide this internet playground and to host an event to where we can all come together and have a blast is an incredible gesture, one that none of us will ever forget. Every detail, no matter how small was amazing. You sir command top notch operation, apparently “pure class” rolls down hill too.

    I’m not gifted with words so I’ll shut up, just understand I love you man! Thanks again!

    One other thing, on the plane my wise-ass son and I were looking at the pictures I took and when we got to the one of me and BP he asked “how come you call him Poppa, you’ve got to be at least 10 years older than him…”

    Colin;

    It was great meeting and chatting with you. Having never met anyone from Australia before, I have to say you reinforced the reputation Australians have here of being laid-back, funny and friendly quite admirably!

    Much appreciation - many thanks.

    Colin's on his way right now to Vegas to his brother's plumbing convention. I'll bet ours was more interesting.

    Hearing his brother's take on the Golf outing was interesting. He had a great time.
