I am having serious problems tuning these new strings. Any thing I try to tune to is either to high or to low. Any ideas on what my problem might be?
Did you stretch the strings? I'm not sure what you mean by too high or too low.

The Beefy SLinkys are optimal for de-tuning. You might even need to make some adjustments
on your guitar to compinsate the heavy gauges...
Well when I tune it to c it seems like it is an octave to high but when i go down to the next c the strings are to loose. I want c or maybe even b
what kind of guitar is it? Does it have a floating tremolo?

go for the "Not Even Slinky" set, I've got it on C and I'm quite sure it can handle the B if you like 9's on the top in standart tuning.
