Hi, i was wondering if anyone could help me with this problem. I was getting scratching noise from my 6180 pedal so i took it apart, fixed the problem, and now i am having a great difficulty feeding the cable back through properly. Is there an easy way to do this? For one, i have no clue on how the top part of the pedal comes off (the part you place your foot on from the base). Anyone know what i should do?

After getting a helping hand and 2 hours later, i managed to put the pedal back together without taking the pivoting piece off from the base. It was not easy so if you are thinking about taking apart your eb vp, beware.
