In answer to your question, a resounding no! You may have to just tweak the truss rod (as you would with any string guage change), and you're good to go.
Your Ibanez must LOVE those strings, imagine what a MM guitar in your hands would do!!![]()
+1 on tweaking the truss rod.
Changing to 10's will also likely throw your intonation off. Then as you play notes up the neck, you will sound out of tune (even right after you tune your guitar). Any music store tech can get this setup properly for you if you need help.

From 9s to 10s, you shouldn't worry about damaging your guitar.
Been there, done that so far on 2 guitars and a seller did it on a third when I went to pick it up.

Besides the truss rod you will have to adjust the tremolo springs if your guitar is equipped with a trem!![]()
