    Calpton uses EB strings!

    I was reading an new issue of Blues Guitar Heroes (put out by Guitar One) and it listed Eric Clapton, among others, as using Ernie Ball strings 9-42. What does that say for EB strings?

    No way... I heard he used the top five strings from a Gibson medium gauge set, with a Clifford Essex banjo string for the top E.
