    Hey Daniel,
what type of strings do you like to use for standard tuning and what do you typically play? In a nutshell, I'd say if you use 9's or 10's to go with Beefys, and if you use 11's to go with Not Even Slinkys. If you're not sure, I'd recommend starting with Beefy's and if they're to "slinky" for you (no pun in tended ) to try out some Not Even Slinky. The Not Even Slinky set will definitely feel a bit heavier than Beefys due to the larger string gauges.

I've run both sets on my 20th Anniversary Silhouette when tuned to C-standard and like the tone and feel of the heavier Not Even Slinky strings best. I did like the Beefy Slinky strings for D-standard.

Well I really found useful your comment! (y) well I play alternative rock, and I've use 9's almost since I've start playin' but now that we (band) start tunning on Drop C# I don't like the strings to get so loose. I decided to buy Beefy cuz I don't like so heavy tone, like I read about Not Even Slinky, but I'm not really sure about the gauge I think 10 will not make a difference but I'm not sure as I said before I've only play 9's in my life. Other think I'm not sure... eh... the beefy's has different gauges or just 11's :S
