Would like to share some GREAT news...

Hey Everyone...
Some of you may or may not know that I'm teaching at the Virginia and Nashville campuses for NGW/National Guitar Summer Workshops this summer... a couple of years ago I wrote an instructional book and used it as material with my private students and such.. well back at Namm in January I passed along a copy of the manuscript to the guys and gals at NGW and... I just got word that the VP took it with him to a meeting with the folks from Alfred Publishing last week while in L.A. and they all areed that it should be published and an accompanying CD and/or DVD should be done as well!
The only kicker is that they want 58 more pages!
It should be edited and formatted in time for showing at Winter Namm '07 in Anaheim!
I'll keep everyone posted on this.

Well we took another small step forward today..lol..I was assigned a living breathing editor for the project..the gentleman put in charge of my project is the managing editor for all the Workshop Live! website content and oversees many of their books.. I'll also go up sometime and film some mini-classes for their website sometime in the fall..hoepfully all this translates into some extra security for my three little one somewhere down the road. I just know I'm gonna blink and they'll be out of elementary and ready for college! LOL!
