Luke's done covers of both Comfortably Numb and Shine On You Crazy Diamond. The latter, in particular, is stunning.

I'll put my vote in for "I Love L.A." as well (Only because I've recentely learned the song).

Oh, and "She's A Beauty" by The Tubes. Something about that solo tents my shorts every time I hear it.
