Does your amp have an effects loop?

I predict you'll get responses all over the map on this one, as the best solution is "whatever sounds good to you". Nonetheless, here's where I'd start:Originally Posted by VAiN

The MM90 AL is the most underrated axe on the planet!
I buy my balls from the number one EBMM dealer in Australia, the all round nice guy and legendary Colin! His website is www.guitarplanet.com.au Give him a call to order your balls!!!!!
Put the wah right before the amp, then you can use the wah To change the other effects.
My set up:
Fender Mexican Strat in tri burst
Marshall JCM2000 DSL 401
Marshall guv'nor GV2
Jim Dunlop Cry Baby![]()
I think it depends on what each pedal does to your signal in bypass mode. You want as much of the original tone as possible. Usually I put the wah first as I can then put any compression after it and make sure the wah isn't getting out of hand. SteveB has a good setup, and yeah it's a personal preference thing.
