People with floating trems can experience tuning problems eg when they snap a string. The most common culprit is the Floyd Rose system.

There are a couple of devices out there that attach to the trem block and spring claw that sorts such problems out. The new kid on the block is the tremol-no system as designed by one of our forum members Kevan. For further info, try the web site at http://www.tremol-no.com/default.asp

    Hope this helps
