    They don't play Balls, but....

I saw Return To Forever last night. They were awesome. Al Di Meola and Stanley Clark were on fire. Al swtiched between a couple PRS's, a Les Paul and an acoustic Ovation, Stanley played his Alembic (LEDs on the side of the neck) and his upright acoustic. His tone and technique on the upright was amazing.

Would have been cool to see Stanley on a Bongo!!

Great show - catch them if you get a chance. They haven't played together for 25 years - they hardly missed a beat. I saw them in Denver in 1976.

Oh yeah - Chick Corea and Lenny White were great too!.

    Big AL - DDII/MHS
Bongo 4 HH - True Gold BFR Rosewood
Bongo 4 HSP - lined fretless, Olive Gold (for sale)
    Bongo 5 HSP Dargie Delight

I have a couple RTF records and they're great. I'm not a Stanley fan but I sure would've loved to have heard the rest of them.
1st EBMM: Silhouette Special, Candy Red, HSS, trem, rosewood.
    2nd EBMM: Luke, Black.
3rd EBMM: Steve Morse Y2D, De-Purple Burst, trem. Most beautiful guitar I have ever seen!
Amps: "Overtone Special" by Ceriatone, Fender; '69 Bandmaster-Reverb, '73 Super-Reverb, Blues Deluxe, Hot Rod Deville 212, '65 Princeton reissue, Blues Jr NOS, Gibson GA-20RVT, Carvin V3M.
