Question: Nordstrand MM 4.3 : no copper foils?

Hi guys, I've just bought from an ufficial US Nordstrand dealer the MM 4.3 pickup for my MM sterling ( I prefer alnico pickup , not ceramic ).

I'm just wondering why there're not copper foils on the bottom of the pickup, as I use to see on the nordstrand pickups' pictures on internet.

I've attached the picture of the pickup I've received.

NObody pile on here....Thanks for the post but we really dont even know the nordstand people....they are better to give you advice. thanks
