I'm not sure if they are still having staffing problems but, it has been over three weeks since I had placed my order and I 'm still waiting...

I'm waiting for their reply back too.

Thanks Spud! Jason got back to me yesterday via e-mail and told me that they had such an expected demand for this product (it's all your fault) that they got a bit behind. I should get my order next week. Great Co. and very responsive.

yeah it came out real good - you have to look closely to see the remnants of the scratches.
Heck, they even gave a link on their website to this thread.

Is the dark area at the edge of guitar any less dark or glossy than the dark areas you havent treated? Its the darker parts where micro scratches / haze can be a problem. Just interested because I buffed out some scratches on one of my guitars (not with this product) but a very slight fog remains in the dark burst area where I treated it.

Taking photos showing this type of treatment is always a problem because of reflections. I wish now that I had used a polarising filter on the camera to cut down on the reflections.
The selling point for me is that if you use T cut or similar you will end up with a slight haze - this products leaves no haze (fog) whatsoever.

Just remember guys it does take a bit of "elbow grease" - don't expect just to wipe on - then wipe off.

I thought I would chime in here! I ordered the Player's Kit and received it about 5 days ago and I have to say that I am actually very impressed with the product. I have a black Peavey Wolfgang standard and a EBMM Teal Quilt Axis. Neither guitar has any deep scratches but both have a decent amount of pick scratches and some swirl marks. In other words, regular guitar polish wasn't really doing the job so I took the plunge and this is the first time in a very long time that a product really delivered on its claims. I have put about 3 applications on both guitars with some decent elbow grease and both look almost brand new! I can only imagine what another application or two with some heavier elbow grease will do. I will note that I was underwhelmed after the first coat but after the second one I felt a big grin forming on my face! You will not be dissapointed! I am very, very serious!
