JP DVD or CD or both

Hey, has anyone checked out JPs' Rock Discipline or Wild Stringdom? Can you tell if they are totally different or the pretty much the same? Would you recommend both?

I think "Wild Stringdom" is a book, it is not a video. It's a compilation of columns that JP wrote for one of the guitar mags over a period of time.

I have "Rock Disclipline" on DVD and it is awesome.. I think it has been discussed elsewhere in this forum, so maybe a little searching will turn up what you're seeking. It's worth every penny.

Wildstringdom is a compilation of columns JP wrote for Guitar World.....Actually I think someone else plays the examples....

I got the Rock Discipline DVD. It's pretty cool but those left hand stretches are KILLING me!!!!!!
