I am pretty sure that there is nothing wrong with the guitar. Just try to tighten the srews for saddle hight. Sometimes the two screws on one saddle...
I can only recommend that, too. I have my humidifier set to 50%. The guitars in the room have extremly stable tuning now and also the fretboard look...
