  1. Hi Dennis,
Thanks for your email...I didn't see the first one for some reason but then again, I've been pretty out straight....yeah the VOX is something I ended up with somehow I fix amps as a side job (I used to do it as a living) and I must've ended up with it somehow over the years. I was shocked when I saw how much they go for used (about $1400)...I was looking for something newer but maybe your SR 5 would fit the bill. The only way I could swing the $$$ would be to sell the VOX and if I could sell it, I'd have close to enough for a brandy new one...or sell something else, depending on how much you'd like for it.
Do you have any pics you could shoot me of the SR5? my email is and I live just north of Concord, NH...
If you were to outright sell it, what kind of price would you be looking at?

And yeah...ya gotta watch out for them windchimes...they'll hook ya every time

I tried to send you a message but it evaporated! Must be those damn wind chimes!

I have a '91 SR 5 in trans blue with maple board. Bought it in '93 at Retro Music in Keene. Let me know if it's something of interest. I don't really need a Vox amp..but thought I'd get in touch just the same. All the best,

    Casey Dennis

I enjoy a good bass line, but its the windchime solos that always win me over.
