    Hey, Tofisi,

    I also live in Slovenia (Rogatec) and I had to deal with EBMM customer Service with my guitar that I brought from the US when I moved here.

    You always have to call EBMM Customer Service first yourself. They are great about helping out their customers no matter where they are in the world.

    I also had to deal with Bobencek and they were a pain to deal with. This store is not good with customer service, EBMM is.

    So bottom line, always call EBMM first, you'll see that they are a great company.
