    Congrats on the 30th Anniversary model. I think you'll like it. It's a tad bit heavier than a standard Stingray, and maybe even a bit brighter, but the build and feel are unbelievable. I put a set of light guage flat wounds on it (Fender Flats .45- .100) to subdue the highs a bit, and let me tell you....it sounds golden!! I did this because of the style of music I'm playing right now (rock-classic rock-blues-country). I have Power Slinkys on my other 2 SRs, so I may wind up doing the same to the 30th.
