grateful for advice on:

1. how to product date a mm super axis sport; and

2. in setting up a tremolo bridge of a mm super axis sport guitar, should the base of the tremolo bridge be raised at an angle above the surface of the guitar's body so that the base at the end of the tremolo bridge is say, 1/8 inch above the guitar body surface like the factory setting of a fender stratocaster tremolo bridge?

3. what are the sizes of the wreches for the truss rod, the pickup screws, the vertical screws and horizontal screws of the saddle bridges?

4. what is the optimum distance between the pickups and the strings?
