Hi Ziggy - Never got a visitor message before, only PMs. Hope this is the right way to respond...

As much as BP touts GC (they make a lot of money for him) they will never have the service capabilities of a good Mom and POP. (Even if yours won't stock Bongos)

FWIW, the GC by me won't stock Big Als. So, even for being a big store I could not play one even if I wanted to.

Anyway, good luck with the Bongo. I'm waiting for the NAMM show info to come out. Hopefully, I will like one of the new colors and order a backup fretless StingRay. We'll see...

Not old - just living the life that has my two Bongo threads going. Oddly - there is a Mom & Pop store in town that is an EBMM dealer. He hates the Bongo and won't stock it. Go figure.
