Despite whats been stated above, I think you should get an HH Sterling, rolls burgundy, non matching headstock, rosewood neck, black pickguard. Does that move you at all?

After reading Travis' post, I realized that while I voted for an HH Sterling, rolls burgundy, non matching headstock, rosewood neck, black pickguard previously I really should be voting for an HH Sterling, rolls burgundy, non matching headstock, rosewood neck, black pickguard. Very good suggestion Travis.Originally Posted by ebmuscmanlvr83

Still not right. After owning one and seeing a bunch of photos, nothing does it justice. That's one of the closest I've seen but seems too red. Hopefully you can find one to see in person. If not, I think you'll be pleasantly surprised.

cool i was hoping it was a darker color. have you seen any pics that come clsoe to the real color?Originally Posted by maddog
Rolls is such a unique color. Really is affected by whatever light source. Aussie Mark has some pictures of his Bongo but that southern sun seems to bring out the chocolate in the color. The color via the EBMM color chart seems too red. I've got some pictures on my unfinished website but are really too dark. I've got some others I can send you if you pm me your email. Not sure they will be much help but easy enough to send.
Next Bongo I get is probably going to be a Single H Bongo 5 in Rolls unless the next LTD colour is really swank.
