    Phatty's next bass (part 2)

OK ... its an HH Sterling w/ non-matching headstock. That's all i know so far. I personally cant hear the rosewood maple difference .... so to me that's mostly a cosmetic choice

The top contender, for now, is:
HH Sterling, Rolls Burgundy, non-matching headstock, black PG, rosewood

So ... w/ that said I still wanna get a bunch more ideas before i give that Dude guy my $. LoL. So what color combo do you guys suggest? post pix if you got em

I think you should get a HH Sterling, Rolls Burgundy, non-matching headstock, black PG, rosewood.
Starting to think about returning to bass playing in the very near future.

Keep this on the QT but all I did was copy the line from his first post. Maybe he won't catch on.

I'll side with Duckk on this one, as well. Except in the case of Bongos, where matching headstocks are just fine!

    Exception to the above exception:

I realized after Jack offered his suggestion that my +1 was meant for a HH Sterling, Rolls Burgundy, non-matching headstock, black PG, rosewood and not a HH Sterling, Rolls Burgundy, non-matching headstock, black PG, rosewood as originally stated. My apologies for the oversight.

I can tell you that my next color choice will likely be trans orange, tort guard, rosewood board (SR4). I think that would look pretty cool on a Sterling

Love that Rolls Burgundy. I'd go for a white / white perloid PG.
