OT: some fun doing b/g's for this dude next to me!!!!

all I can say is that I'm glad to have friends that have friends! so Friday night I find myself leaving work early with my good buddy Steve(the dude in the Camp Chaos shirt a.k.a. Bongo re-configurer, guitar repair and palying guru) anywho, we find ourselves getting our buddy Mitch [great country guitarist and EBMM endorsee] and head into Vancouver to Armoury Studios to do some b/g's for Joe Satriani!!!!! there were about 20-25 of us there just doing "audience" type back ups and call-and-response for one of his tunes. got to talk a bit with Satch as well as with the guy on the end(that's Mike Fraser, he's engineered and mixed such bands as Aeerosmith,AC?DC,Bon Jovi..etc., etc,)
anywho, what a blast!..... ahhh.... now back to the doldrums
