    Stingray rounded edge magnets

    Anyone knows when rounded edge magnets were introduced on Stingrays' pickups? To make sure what I mean scroll down the pics in eBay number 7366367652

    The bass in the ebay auction is from 2002. My 2001 has sharp-edged pole pieces.
