Nice bass! Yes, Kanda makes these for sale out of Music Man parts for sale "only" in Japan - they are of fine quality as far as I understand. Kanda Shokai would have records if anyone does on that, you can get their information from this page: http://www.ernieball.com/international-dealers/

Yeah, I drove to Sacramento to purchase this from the original owner.

He was pretty bummed to let it go, and it was useless to try and console him with a big sh*t-eatin' grin on my face!
