I haven't played too many 5 strings through mine, but when I had Larry's (mobay45) 5 string bongo it seemed to handle it fine. The one thing it has going for it in that regard is the fact that its using a 15inch speaker. Are you thinking of picking one up? I will be selling mine soon...

Looking for something a little more than my little BA112 but not a full blown rig. Only touring in my living room so I don't need to be ticking off the neighbors. Might be interested depending on the asking price. Money just got a little tight when I sent off a little email to Jack.

Is my B-15-R a Rocketbass? It's real good with the B string.
