    my tribute to Tool-esque-ness

    so here's a little ditty I did at the kitchen table last night. Just my fretted Bongo5 , my BassPODxt Live and ProTools, loops were done with Reason and I built an actual little track in the ProTools session with kik/snr/hat/the 808 Mother ...... http://www.ourmedia.org/node/163429

    I'm tryin to be polictly correct...right now , on another string, the definition of front and rear of a bass has come into play, and I am also tryin to be .....consistant.

    I liked your tune, and it was interesting. You used a couple of different sounds that I enjoyed.

    Well, I liked it! As a big Tool fan, I can definitely hear the influence. Bongo sounds great. Are you planning to finish it?

    I just re-listened...It has a "space like" theme to it...sticks in your head kind of eerie melody to it.....I like it.

    I liked the way you layer a bridge-growl sound over the top of the more dubby low end sound. cool.
